SCL's Antun Balaz participated in the Council meeting of the PRACE Initiative, which was held on 7 and 8 June 2011 at Commissariat à l'énergie atomique (CEA) headquarters in Paris. The meeting included discussion with the PRACE Scientific Steering Committee on 7 June, while the Council meeting on 8 June has focused on finalizing search for a new PRACE director, as well as a discussion on the progress of the First implementatiion phase (PRACE-1IP) project and planning for Second implementation phase project PRACE-2IP.
