As a part of Work Package 7 (WP7) activities "Enabling Petascale Applications: Efficient Use of Tier-0 Systems" of first implementation phase in establishing PRACE research infrastructure (PRACE-1IP project) SCL's Antun Balaz and Vladimir Slavnic, on behalf of Institute of Physics Belgrade (IPB), participated in WP7 Face to Face meeting organized by CINECA on 15-16 December 2010.

During the two day event CINECA hosted more than 50 researchers involved in WP7, from all PRACE countries. Through the parallel sessions, researchers had the opportunity to meet their research partners in person, to present ongoing work and to determine future activities of all tasks and subtasks in details. As a leader of 7.5D Subtask "Multi-core/many-core systems" Antun Balaz presented future milestones and contributing partners of this activity.
