SCL's Milan Zezelj gave a seminar talk on the "Influence LO phonon and interface roughness scattering on quantum cascade laser in strong magnetic field". He presented the overview of his recent work (together with V. Milovanovic, and J. Radovanovic). In particular, it was discussed that influence of interface roughness scattering is not negligible and it gives a very important contribution in calculating optical gain of quantum cascade laser.
