New SCL's web-site with new design implementation is up and running.

Current site is the principle web-site and information system documenting SCL activities. The header represents a stylization of the density profile of Saturn's ring system, a beautiful and classical illustration of complexity.

Web-site's design is made by Igor Smolic, and implementation is done by Nemanja Martinovic.
