SCL's researcher J. Vučičević and R. Žitko from Jozef Stefan institute in Ljubljana have published two papers on the topic of a new type of magnetic quantum oscillations that appear at elevated temperatures. Their theory explains the findings of recent experiments on moire systems (link, link). The papers are selected for Editors' Suggestion in Physical Review Letters (link) and Physical Review B (link), and are featured in the APS Physics magazine (link).
