The DPG Spring Meeting of the Atomic, Molecular, Plasma Physics and Quantum Optics Section was held from 5 to 9 March 2018 in Erlangen, Germany. Antun Balaž delivered talks on the Ground State of a Fermi Gas with Tilted Dipoles and on the Emergence of striped states in quantum ferrofluids, Milan Radonjić gave a talk on Modeling Dye-Mediated Photon-Photon Interaction in Condensates of Light, whereas Ana Hudomal presented a talk entitled Artificial gauge potentials in periodically driven optical lattices: numerical simulations of atomic transport.

DPG 2018 was an excellent opportunity to meet our collaborators on the bilateral project BEC-L.
