Dusan Arsenovic has worked on classical and quantum, relativistic and nonrelativistic models of spin. Another research topic has been the study of quantum states that behave classicaly, including the development of criteria measuring the classical behavior of spin s=1/2. His research interests include Xray backscattering, quantum phase operators, interferometry, granular systems and nonlinear optical crystals.
